Information you choose to provide

Contact links open your email app. The mission update form asks for an email address, local/global interests, and explicit consent to receive ministry updates. It does not ask for medical records, identity documents, or bank information.

Mission email updates

Signup requests are kept for mission communications only. Confirmation is required before regular email updates are sent. If email delivery is not active, the form identifies that state and records only a request awaiting confirmation. We do not sell the list or add it to unrelated marketing. Confirmation messages and updates use the organization’s approved sending service when activated.

You may unsubscribe through a message’s unsubscribe link or request removal through the ministry contact. We retain only the consent and suppression information reasonably needed to manage the list and honor that choice. Pending requests are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed.

Financial and ministry records

Public reporting uses approved summaries. Donor identities, recipient details, private supporting references, and bank credentials are not exposed by the public ledger. Ministry stories and media require appropriate source review and care for the people involved, particularly children.

Technical information

The hosting service processes technical information needed to serve and secure the site. We have not added advertising trackers. Limited, hashed abuse-prevention records may be used to protect public forms. These are not used to track a person’s browsing for advertising.
